ZillowVERIFIEDMy wife and I contacted Wayne about a property we saw on Zillow located in Florida. Since we live in Illinois, our response to any property cannot be as quick as a local person. As a result, the original property we contacted Wayne about was sold when we arrived for our meeting. Since that property was no longer available Wayne showed us a number of other properties in the same area. After seeing the originally interesting property, we saw that others were more suitable to our liking. During our tour of homes, one of the homeowners in the area recognized Wayne (who had sold them their home) and invited us in to see the layout and what they liked about the area. It was easy to see that the new homeowner had great respect for Wayne. I did not rate his negotiating skills simply because we did not get to that point in our home purchase process. When we resume our search, I will have Wayne be the person I deal with. He was not pushy, He was knowledgeable of the area, searched for what we were looking for and I believe he is honest and has integrity which is what we are seeking. Chuck and Sara from Illinois

It pains me to have to tell you that in all of those years I have met very few knowledgeable & honest real estate agents. Agents that truly know, understand, and apply ALL of the laws of 'Agency.' The National Association of Realtors,owners of the name 'Realtors', would like you to think that all of their members practice the code of ethics they advertize.In reality almost every realtor I have ever dealt with over all of those years had not the slightest bit of interest in the 'code of ethics' Money seemed to be their only real concern. Wayne is one of the very very few that I know is 100% ethical. How do I know? Because test after little test that I gave him, shouted it to me. I have both purchased & sold through him.If you were my son or daughter there is no one else I would trust you with. Good Luck in your adventures in real estate.

ZillowVERIFIEDI just read 12 reviews that say it ALL. Wayne is the epitome of integrity, I just closed on a foreclosure yesterday....have been chasing that property since last Nov.. Wayne stuck by me all that time and last Nov. I closed on another property Wayne worked with me on. My house is on the market right now. There is so much about the real estate market I know nothing about. Haven't stumped Wayne Hemmerich yet. Yes, Wayne would is my choice...every time and all the time. He's the best of them all.

HE HAS SHOWED US HOMES THAT HE THOUGHT WE WOULD BE INTERESTED IN AND ALWAYS HAS TIME TO ANSWER QUESTIONS.
