We used Wayne to sell our Mission Viejo home this summer and were very happy with his work. He helped us decide what to do to spruce up the house without doing any unnecessary work that wouldn't have increased our value anyways. He helped arrange for the painters to come after we'd moved out and checked to make sure they did good work.
