Walter is by far the most professional realtor we have ever worked with. We were relocating from Kentucky and had little time to look for a home while on a trip to Florida. He listened to what kind of house we were looking for and pulled a number of listings for us to review in advance of our trip. He scheduled all the showings to maximize our time and while looking at each property, he listened to our comments and adjusted the list of homes to match our criteria. Because of Walter's efficiency, market expertise and regional knowledge, we found the perfect home in 5 days. And, he negotiated a great deal for us! Once under contract, Walter expertly guided us through the many steps to closing and was onsite for us for the inspections, repairs and final walkthrough. He identified local resources for the home repairs, pool service, insurance, utilities, pest control and landscaping. Walter personally reviewed that all the repairs were completed properly and even delivered the required documents to the water company. Because of his attention to detail and commitment, we were able to close on the Florida home from Kentucky. His communication skills and responsiveness to emails, texts and phone calls is outstanding. He initiated communications whenever he thought there was something we needed to know or do and we could always rely on his prompt reply to our questions.
