When we met with Walter he provided ideas on how to tweak how we marketed the apt, listing us on an MLS that specifically targets Buyers living in the Bronx area and putting in a lock box which allowed other agents to show the apt without mine being present (which really upped the number of showings). He even linked me to an app that notified me whenever an appointment to view the apt was made (which was always exciting!) From day one, Walter was invested in getting this apt sold for us.
