Walter Medley is an absolute treasure. There aren't enough superlatives in my vocabulary to do him justice. He is kind, responsible, honest even if it hurts, responsive, has great integrity and is that rare person who has that extra bit of intuition. After doing an amazing job at posting a listing for our home and getting good interest in it, but no offers, Walter picked a specific day to do a small price change, and that afternoon we had three offers leading to a sale. We had the pleasure of working with Walter on our July 2022 purchase. This is the eighth time Laurie and I have been involved in a purchase of a primary residence, so we are not novices. Walter is a truly fantastic agent! We first worked with Walter in 2015 as first time home buyers, and when it came time to sell and buy again he was our only call! Walter is the best, most timely communicator we have worked with in any capacity - we were never left waiting when we had a question or wanted to schedule a showing.
