My wife and I met Walter while buying our first home as he was the one selling it. We had a great experience so once we began looking for a better home, I called him. My wife and I were extremely picky as we wanted our next home to be one we can see ourselves living in forever. I cared about the land and location and my wife cared about the home itself so we looked at many, many homes for about a year. I can't tell you how many times I called Walter when a new house was listed saying "This is the one! We need to see it ASAP!" Only to get there any it wasn't what we had hoped. After many times crying wolf, the house of our dreams finally went on the market. We knew right away that this was actually the one. I once again called Walter and told him we needed to see it that day. He said he was busy for the next 2 days and that we could go on that Sunday. I told him we had a feeling that this house wouldn't last until then. This man cancelled his plans so he could show us the house. We felt at home before we even walked inside.
