ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a very bad experience with Walter Key. He cost us thousands of dollars in unnecessary moving costs because he assured us we would be able to get an early occupancy agreement. By the time it was too late to cancel our moving arrangements he informed us that he was in fact mistaken, and we had to pay for long-term storage and an additional mover to move our belongings. He pulled the same move with regards to our washer and dryer and I had to change out the machines after he told us there was room for side-by-side machines when in fact only a stacking unit would fit. I wanted to like Walter since hes so friendly, but he was too preoccupied to give us the service we needed. I would highly recommend using anybody else besides Mr. Key.
