I was referred to Walter by a realtor in Georgia who was helping me buy a propoerty and relocate there. I was born and raised in Alameda County and know quite a few realtors in the area. Since Walter had lived in Georgia and was friends with my realtor I thought that would make the transition a lot easier. From day one he was the consumate professional and always made himself available to help me. He even came by one day and helped me move things downstairs so that I could prep them for moving.One night he came by late and dropped off some TV boxes that he promised to get me. Most of all, I loved his team. They all came to my house and thoroughly expalined the entire process, pros and cons, and what to expect. Walter devised a plan and they all executed it perfectly. He also coordinated everything with the Georgia realtor so that the closing date would coincide the date my new home's construction would be complete.
