ZillowVERIFIEDNot really impressed. Filled out a the contact info and she was prompt but that was it. I don't like people who tell me they're going to do something and don't do it. Never got the info I requested about the covenant rules, never got added to the MLS listings to see what else was available. She had zero knowledge of VA loans, what realtor doesn't know about financing options? I've worked with many realtors and they all knew about financing options as much as a mortgage broker. To be honest once I told her I was using a VA loan didn't seem to have much interest, I get it your time is "valuable" but at least do what you say you're going to do.
