It's one thing to handle the transactional portion of the process, which he was great with, but he takes it to another level. His attention to detail as we walked my property in preparation to sell really stood out to me. Walt was making notes and suggestions on items we needed to take care of prior to listing that would help maximize the value of our property. He helped us find people to handle these punch list items since we were selling from out of state. His communication throughout the whole process was exactly what we needed.
