I met Wade through mutual membership at the local gym at a time when I was not seeking the services of a realtor. That new acquaintance soon led us to the realization that we were also regular attendees of the same local church. About a year later my wife and I decided to take the plunge into our first investment in residential rental property. We gave Wade a complete list of our parameters, geography, and approximate price range.
