This has got to be the worst realtor I ever have to deal with, I explained i needed to list my house a week ago before I signed the contract, he kept it in house and was more interested in collecting the 6% witch is called a "pocket listing :witch I didn't agree on he wouldn't even put a sign in the yard so other agents would know about the house, if your looking to sell your house Please do yourself a favor and find someone else. VERY UNETHICAL
