From the first meeting itself, Jim demonstrated great professionalism while also being very friendly and conscious of our choices and interests. At no point in the buying process did he ever push us for any property. In fact, on many occasions, he has advised us against properties that we liked but were either on a busy street, or not so nice neighborhood, etc. In short, he always had our best interest in his mind and that always showed.Jim always ensured that we were comfortable with every offer that we made.
