About Vivian Resnick

HELLO! I grew up in a household that revolved around real estate. In fact, some of my fondest memories were learning the real estate business with my father, a top-producing agent. As such, I know how to listen and ask the right questions to help you realize your real estate goals, whether that's your first home or first investment property. I've made the beautiful Tampa Bay area my home since 2005. I earned my Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida and enjoyed being a teacher to wonderful kids for a number of years. Building on a strong family foundation in the construction and real estate industries, it was time for me to carry on the family tradition by becoming a Realtor. I grew up speaking both English and Spanish so I speak both natively, and can help you in whichever language you prefer, to help you make sound real estate decisions.

I'm glad Ive gotten Vivian as my agent in my search for a property in Florida. I'm not local to the area therefore did not know where to purchase. With helps from Vivian, who traveled back and forth between Tampa and Orlando to show me properties between these areas, I was able to purchase one and in process of looking for another property. Vivians knowledge and dedication to her work was nothing less than amazing. Weve often exchanged texts around midnight PST knowing shes in EST time zone. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Get your team together to work for you. Your buyer's agent and lender should be working together to make this a smooth process.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Give me a call! I list for 1% listing commission. Don’t let the term “discount brokerage” mislead you. We don’t compromise on service just because the market and technology has changed the way we buy and sell real estate. The level of service you'll receive is indistinguishable from 3% Realtors. You will save, on average, $10,000. What could you do with that additional cash?

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I have sold 29 of my listings in the past 6 months. My customers were thrilled to have saved thousands of dollars on listing fees!

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

You can say I was born to it. My father was a Realtor in Washington State, where we grew up. All my sisters are also Realtors!

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I was a middle school teacher, so I have the training to teach the process of home buying to anyone. Plus I maintain all my real estate education and take extra classes when time allows.
