Born and raised on Florida's gulf coast, but living in several states throughout her adult life and benefiting from the exploration of travel, Vivian has an appreciation of different architecture, diverse landscapes, and variations of style. Therefore, she possesses the ability to mesh a buyer's and seller's unique desires with the best the market offers. She also understands the importance of planting deep roots where you are and loves the local community she, her husband, and their 5 kids call home. On a personal note: Vivian graduated with a BA in Psychology/Guidance and Counseling and has worked in education for the past several years. Vivian assisted us from selecting our builder (and yet to be constructed home) through closing, an extended process due to covid and material delays. She worked tirelessly getting updates from our builder and went to bat for us on numerous occasions, even so far as contacting one of the builder's exec's on our behalf. We sincerely appreciated her pleasant and positive attitude. Vivian showed great empathy when unexpected delays or issues arose during the construction process. There are not enough words in the English dictionary to describe this wonderful lady and realtor. Her passion for what she does absolutely radiates off of her. She is smart and a savvy negotiator. She is incredibly responsive and will make you feel like you are the only client and the most important client she has. I was so impressed with her in 2018-2019 when I bought a home from one of her clients, that when I decided to buy again, I immediately reached out to have her represent me. Amazing... you will love her!
