Vivian Gronlier's dedicated work ethic and dynamic personality are the main characteristics that make her stand out. This full-time Real Estate Professional is devoted to meeting her customers real estate needs and providing exclusive real estate services. Specializing in residential and commercial real estate, she will guide her customers accordingly, apply her knowledge and expert negotiation skills to ensure each transaction is handled professionally and as smooth as possible. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Vivian and her family decided to make Miami their home while on vacation in 2000. "I fell in love with Miami's cultural diversity, unique architecture, new developments, and tropical weather." After relocating to Miami, it has been Vivian's journey to share what Miami has to offer by hosting a show in 2004 called What's Hot Miami. She has also impacted the local community as Vice President at a non-profit organization by providing affordable housing to families through property rehabilitation and new construction projects. Vivian is a former Area Manager at LA Fitness for over a decade where some of her specialties included, but were not limited to facilities, acquisitions, staff training and development, maintaining and increasing standards of customer service. By combining her business sales, marketing, management, coaching, and development skills, she is well-versed and redefines the real estate service industry. In fact, one of her main goals is to develop and maintain lifelong relationships with her customers. Vivian embodies culture, strength, education, and professionalism.
