A realtor friend from out of state recommended Virginia to us when we were selling our home and it was possibly the single most impactful decision we made during what can be an uncertain and challenging process. Everyone wants to get top dollar for their home, in as short a period of time and with less headache as possible, we were no exception. Virginia is a true professional. From our first introduction and throughout the process, she was always available and exceptionally responsive without being pushy. She gave us very sound advice as to market dynamics, explained where our house stood comparatively and where she felt we should set the asking price. Admittedly she recommended an asking price both my wife and I thought was a little high but she never wavered in her belief it would sell fast and it was a solid number. She brought in an amazing photographer and outlined how she planned to market our home to on social media as well as a realtor only market prior to going live on the MLS. One the first day live we had 5 showings, 3 offers over asking price and a small bidding war. She handled the process flawlessly and guided us appropriately during the decision and our house was pending after 1 day for substantially more than we thought possible. To say we were elated was an understatement. Virginias assistance and expertise did not end there, During the home inspection some issues were brought forth that could have been exceptionally costly. Virginia thought it wise to bring in a specialist in that area for a second opinion. Clearly this person knew his business and took video and detailed notes explaining why this was not an issue to which it was agreed upon it was not and we promptly moved past the repair stage of the process. A huge sigh of relief. Virginia was always there through escrow and title company aspects of the process and always made sure we were aware of timelines and anything we needed to do. I know some folks have an issue with the commission aspect of the realtor side of the business, In my opinion a top tier realtor works very hard and is worth every penny they make. I cannot overstate enough the gratitude we have for Virginia and the exemplary job she did for us, not only in the results, but her support and guidance. She was fantastic in every aspect.
