ZillowVERIFIEDVinny Vetrano was my real estate agent when I bought my house twenty years ago. He took me to at least 25 properties before I settled on the house I bought. When I needed an agent, I had no question about who I would contact. Vinny was instrumental in selling my moms house for a tricky Trust Estate. From the beginning, he held the co-trustees hands in explaining the details of the transaction and what to expect. Since a little work needed to be done to get the house saleable, Vinny recommended workmen who completed the job quickly and at a reasonable rate. He hired a photographer who took excellent photos of the house which he compiled for an MLS listing. We had offers for the house within the first week and landed a final offer within 3 weeks. Vinny met with several prospective buyers to ensure wed get a fair price for the property. After the offer was accepted, Vinny continued to support the co-trustees, who were very difficult to work with. Without Vinnys support and guidance, the deal would never have consummated. I am very grateful to Vinny for all his effort in making a difficult transaction materialize.
