Not once did we feel pressured or uncomfortable during the process. Shamus was also a huge help with his knowledge of properties. Being first time house buyers Shamus helped us learn so much about furnaces, boilers, roofing and windows. He was able to tell us about reputable brands and the age of certain things and when they would have to be replaced. When it came time to finalize our purchase my wife and I had a few things we wanted done with the house. Shamus was able to negotiate our terms as well as save us a few dollars. I'm certain if the time does come to sell Ill be going back to Shamus, and I would recommend his services(I already have)to anyone looking for a home in northern Massachusetts/New Hampshire.
