Andy and the Team were beyond professional. Stayed with me the entire process and were never more than a call or txt away. Highly recommend this team. No nonsense straight forward, honest and proficient. I received daily up dates reguarding the sale from Andy my agent and David in the office. We had multiple dicussions reguarding the best way to present the property , based on their experience and knowledge in the real estate market my property was listed in. Being an out of state owner they helped schedule appointments for me for pre-sale work that was needed on the property. Actually met with workers to let them inside to perform work. Took photos of work completed and kept receipts and records and physically mailed them to me.
