Vilma showed us quite a few houses over several months. Once we found the one we wanted, she was integral to developing, submitting and managing the offer. Once accepted, she took the lead in the due diligence by putting together the punch list vendors and managing the inspectors, repairs, and interactions between Buyer and Seller.Over the years I have purchased 9 homes, and Vilma made the process with this one as smooth as possible.
