About Victoria Macaskill

My goal is to protect their investment with my in-depth knowledge of Denver's real estate market and my expert skills as a Realtor. I aim to provide unparalleled customer service that builds lasting relationships. Prior to obtaining a Realtor's license I worked in the Denver area renovating homes. This experience has proven to be a great asset for my clients because I approach the market from an investment perspective and not from a sales perspective. I understand what motivates both buyers and sellers in the marketplace. I began my career at the Keller Williams Downtown office. Within one year I was their #1 sales individual. This success was due to the confidence my clients placed in me. I joined Real Estate of the Rockies, a locally owned and operated company, in late 2005 and 12 their top producing agent for 4 years. I opened my own firm, Denver Homes, in 2009. My clients continued support has allowed me to achieve my goals. I graduated from the University of Texas with degrees in Business and Psychology. I use these every day to help clients meet their goals. I plan to build relationships that will continue far into the future by demonstrating my commitment to service. I looked for quite a while for a buying and selling agent with expertise in the fundamentals of real estate markets and the business aspects of those markets. With Victoria I was happy to find an agent who had this more rigorous background, which is evident in her monthly emails. She also has an unusual level expertise in aged houses that either need renovation or have been renovated, including through her husbands work as a contractor. She also is well familiar with Northwest Denver, including the Sloans Lake and Highlands neighborhood. She was careful to point out problems with properties I reviewed and also had good suggestions for evaluating offers on the house I was selling. Would recommend her to both buyers and sellers as a top tier expertise agent.

We chose Victoria to help us sell our home after interviewing multiple candidates because of her organization, professionalism, and friendly demeanor. Victoria did a wonderful job helping me sell my house I had been in for almost 28 years. She is very knowledgeable, has great recommendations and contacts for getting your house ready for sale, but never pushes. I felt very comfortable with her from the start.
