I recently purchased a house from Victoria's Property and I have to say, I am impressed with the overall services. I own two homes and comparing the two experiences are far between. We found Ashley because she has an established partnership with our lender, which we think was probably a match made in heaven. Ashley played a major role in making our house-buying process less scary. She is very flexible, accommodating for busy schedules. It seemed like she was available literally any time day or night; always responding immediately, she answered all of our questions and then some. I feel like we were in constant communication and we were always updated and aware of what was happening in the process. Because of her, this process went better than I could ever have imagined. She is very honest, prioritizes educating you on everything, and truly wants to see you satisfied with the home she finds you. It's clear that this is more than just a job for her, she's passionate about people and getting them to their homes. During inspections she stayed with me the entire time to be an extra set of eyes and ears. She does her job so well and relieved so many anxieties by being there or by answering random question texts/emails. It has been three months since we have moved into our new home and we are still keeping in touch with Ashley! She has continued to check in on us periodically and remains available as a realtor and friend. Whenever we decide to buy/sell next, there is no one else we'd rather have at the wheel than Ashley.
