Ms. Pitts knows this will be an honest and respectful review of the services she provided our family while we were looking for a new home to move into and the selling of our old home. She understood that I could be a difficult customer (to say the least) wanting things to be a certain way and all details required through the stress filled process of buying a new home. I wanted to know everything that was going on with the process of looking for, reviewing those found, and selecting a new home to move into. Ms. Pitts took the challenge without a second thought and managed the process very well. If I had questions about the process or about something that was being requested, we do to move the process forward, she took the extra time to explain (from her perspective) of where we were in the process and what the reason was for whatever the request was begin asked. There were situations that I earnestly felt that we should not be responsible for and that sparked conversations with her and our lender to find out what all the options for us were at the time. She did not seem to mind taking calls from our lender to answer questions or get clarification on the process. Every time we wanted to engage the builder, she happily sent messages to him on our behalf and then return the answers that were sent back to her. You might be asking yourself, why would I need to go through her and not go directly to the builder? Well, I did that once, and the response was not very pleasing from the builder, as if I offended him, and felt as if I was bugging him with just one question at the time. That is not any fault of hers, however she adapted to the situation (on the fly) and continued to speak for us when asking our questions about the new home. I must say that I am a person that believes in communication in these situations and Ms. Pitts responded to my communication request appropriately and not long after the initial message or call. Her communication skills are above reproach and should be the gold standard for all buying and selling agents in her profession. Bottom line, you would be making a mistake if you did not employ the services of Ms. Pitts to manage the sale of your home or the purchase of a new home.
