ZillowVERIFIEDWhere do I begin? We planned to interview 3 real estate agents who were familiar with our area. We thought this would be the best way to go. We researched the top selling agents in our subdivision and set up the interviews. Victoria was first and became the last too. We cancelled the others! Her professionalism, knowledge of our subdivision, and unique belief in making sure that the process was emotionally satisfying for both the seller and buyers confirmed to us that we had made the proper choice. After inspecting our home, she sat down with us to explain the market, what potential buyers were looking for and what our home should sell for. Our requirements for no contingencies, cash buyer and the ability to rent the home for a month before moving were not a problem. After signing the contract, within hours Victoria called to set up a walkthrough. She had a couple that were looking for a home just like ours and met all our requirements for the sale. They also were willing to pay our full asking price. Victoria arranged for the inspection, put us in contact with a handyman, roofer, tile expert and window repair, all the while coordinating details with the title company. She aggressively stayed on top of all the important details to make our life much easier. Her communication skills are excellent. She doesn?t allow anything to fall in the cracks.
