I could not give any higher of a recommendation! Frankie helped us with our first home buying experience and i couldnt be any more pleased. We came into the process pretty much unaware of the grueling efforts it takes to make things work. We had a few hiccups in the beginning but even through it all he had stuck with us to help get us to where we are! We recently rented a home from Katy Property management for 3 years, Victor Short. This the most unorganized, mismanagement co I have ever delt with.At least 5x we received notices our rent was late, while we had a receipt that payment on time, in fact I have 9 pages of print out showing 3 years of rental history paid on time. Terrible response for repairs, took $79 out of our deposit for a bathtub drain stopper for the upstairs bathroom which we never used, took $350 to clean down stairs carpet, yet posts pictures where the carpet wasn't cleaned, ceiling vent hanging down with the filter against the wall, we didn't leave it that way, was told by a maintenance employee, " you will be lucky to get any deposit back" have been gone for 2 months, never changed the locks from the prior renter, had a refrigerator that didn't work from day one and tried to say we broke it knowing it was defective, according to the prior renter, and continue to get notices to resign our lease. Extreamly disorginized, caution when renting, document well.

Before meeting Frankie, I spoke to 3 different realtors who did not want my business because they did not communicate with me at all. They just said to find a lender and never checked in with me after the first time we spoke. When I first met with Frankie he was very professional and educated. He took the time to really explain how the process for purchasing a home would go in full detail. This was my first time purchasing a home so I felt a little overwhelmed but he guided me through the way. He really listened to all the wants and needs I had for a home and made me feel like I could really trust him. He stated that he was here to work for me which is exactly what he did. After he referred a lender to me, he stayed in constant communication during the process of getting pre-approved which is something I didn't get with the other realtors. As soon as there was a home that I was interested in seeing, he immediately scheduled appointments to view the properties. I felt like he always had my best interest at heart and really looked for things I had on my wish list. In such a short amount of time he found a house that I fell in love with and I thought it would take longer. Frankie has really helped me throughout this whole process and really took the time to explain things I had questions about. I'm happy to say I close in a week and I can't wait to move in to my new house. My kids are so excited to finally have a place to call home and I'm sure my parents are happy to have us move out. LOL It's been a long time coming for my family and I have Frankie to thank for making it all possible. He's a good person and knows what he's doing. I would definitely recommend him to any and everyone, which I already have.
