BHHS Southern Routes Realty formerly McBryar Realty has long been one of the most successful Real Estate Companies in Dade County; it was opened in 2003 by Vickie McBryar, the owner and managing Broker. Vickie opened with just 2 listings and the business quickly became one of the leading companies of the area. McBryar Realty recently expanded and has moved to its new location on South Main Street in Trenton. Vickie began her Real Estate career 20 years ago and attributes the decision to open her own company to her husband, Ronnie McBryar and his love of buying and selling property. This sparked her interest and Vickie decided to attend real estate school to obtain her sales person license. Fresh out of school Vickie worked for two other companies before deciding that she wanted to be in the business for the " long haulaEUR?, thus Vickie went back to school and obtained her Brokers License. McBryar Realty was opened with just 2 listings and quickly became one of the leading companies of the area. Mrs Vickey and her associates were very helpful mrs Vickey came out before contract was signed gave suggestions on paint colors light fixtures we did exactly as she suggested signed contract everyone was very respectful of our property and time would definitely recommend her and her agents to anyone who is interested in selling there home !!!!
