1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Step one meet with a lender. Make sure you are able to purchase the home you are looking for. There is nothing more heartbreaking to a buyer than to find a wonderful home only to find you can not buy it.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
As a professional Realtor in this area for over 32+ years I have seen all of the trends. In today's market ...do not be fooled by agents that show you an over the top ego based marketing plans. Any sale without a doubt is driven by Price, Condition and Location - Not a video with your agent dancing around your home.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with first time buyers and first time sellers. I have worked with move up purchasers, meaning, selling their home and buying a new one. I have worked with people selling to retire and travel. Whatever your goals are they are important to me to help you arrive there!
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
My most recent transaction that was very fun for me was a past client of ours. They had purchased their home from us over 20 years ago and where now ready to sell. How much fun we had spending time together and talking about how we all looked the same 20 years ago. ( We all took our glasses off first and then fibbed to each other!!!).
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Property Management for two years 1985 and 1986, moved to selling full time in 1987. So many years later still selling full time.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I am coached and trained for more than 26 years by the top coaching and training company.....The Mike Ferry Organization.
With all of my years in the business I have experienced every market change. Thanks to the training and coaching I receive I have been successful in helping buyers and selling no matter what the market is doing.
