We were so lucky to have worked with Vicki. Her support, expertise of the entire process (not just the housing market), and business savvy gave us the peace of mind throughout our buying experience. We were not your typical buyer, but Vicki knew exactly what to do and expedited our requests effectively and efficiently. Some of the other representatives from the various organizations left us uncertain of the information they provided because it sounded like they had a script to follow, or were not allowed to advise or have a conversation outside of their lanes, or aggressively pursued us to over promise and ghosted us when they underdelivered. Vicki on the other hand showed us she cared (we felt like we were her top priority), that she had our best interest in mind, and respected our time by giving timely and direct feedback even if it was bad news or our outside of normal business hours. We definitely felt comfortable and confident as we took risks buying a house virtually, across the country, and in this market. I would recommend Vicki for any buyer looking for the full treatment.
