I feel the interaction was unprofessional. I called and left a message asking for a call back about a property, she did not call rather she sent me a text message at 6 o'clock in the morning on a weekend. I would not recommend this realtor.

We had our house listed with Vicki for a year with almost no activity on the property. We would continually ask her what we could do such as painting to help with the sale. After we decided to go with a new relator our house had multiple offers with in the first few weeks. The house had an accepted offer within a month of listing and sold within 2 months. I would not recommend using Vicki Schaar or Remax. I had to call for them to take their signs out of our yard two weeks after releasing Vicki.

I contacted this realtor well over a month ago to ask if she could do a fair market analysis on property in Wittenberg. After constantly asking for an update from her, a month later she contacts me to let me know it is impossible for her to do a market analysis on our unique property. So if I selected her as my realtor, to list the property she would not know how to price it? Don't waste your time.
