I dont post much by this is my home buying experience, after trying to find a new home with two different realtor agencies I found the PickiVicki team. The agents for these agencies were not a good match for my husband an extrovert hard charging Marine who knows how to get what he wants. When we meet Vicki Rickett she was preparing to go on vacation. Vicki delayed he plans to come out and show a possible client a home. Vicki is the team leader, but all leaders must have capable team members, the next day Vicki went on vacation and put us in very capable hands of Tabitha Zara. The first day we meet Tabitha we contracted on a house but we were out bided for that house. A few days later Tabitha put in an 8-hour day showing me ever house I picked from various websites. After losing out on a second house we were able to buy a home. This team had to manage the emotion of a family in times of lost and that is when you find out who you working with. If you want industry knowledge, integrity and a we can win sprint then the PickiVicki team is who you want.

She never leaves you hanging, if she miss your call she always gets back to you immediately within minutes. Vickie was so supportive throughout the whole process, whenever I or my wife needed to know about the purchase if she didn't know she would say I don't know, but I will find out for you. She would always get back to us with the answer. Vickie started out with a can do attitude and finished with the same attitude, are you please with the transaction, what would you like to see happen that would be more pleasing to you? She always wants to know if we were comfortable with any of the transaction and would go out of her way to make sure my wife and I were informed and understood everything.

Vicki made the entire process of selling my home so worry free. I felt I was in good hands throughout the time that I started with her and even after the closing. She gave me great advice on how to get my house ready for sale, and helped me follow through with the preparation, negotiation and close. She is a truly professional realtor and I was glad to pay her the commission. She more than earned it. To all the people who have a house sitting on the market because they are trying to save money by doing "sale by owner," Vicki will make sure you get your home sold. My house was move in ready, and it closed in 28 days from going on the market.
