My family had the pleasure of working with Vicki throughout the entire process of searching for homes, for 3 years, to finally buying in 2021. In the 3 years, were were outbid several times, had to back out of a deal due to failed home inspection, had to take a break due to being furloughed, and finally had to deal with the aggressive housing market last year. Vicki remained patient and understanding through it all; even when we lost hope several times. She was very compassionate and encouraging through it all and never pressured us into making decisions. She was like a mother figure that we needed through those tough times. I'm sure there were also plenty late nights in where Vicki would prepare offers and contact realtors/mortgage brokers to make sure we would not be overlooked. By the end, Vicki knew our taste so well that she would beat us to homes of interest and would have the comps and open house times available. Several times, she even went to the municipal building for documents since she knew how far we lived. As tough as our experience was, I don't think we'd be able to do it without her. In moving to the same area, we gained our first friend and have already referred several family members, knowing that they'll be in great hands. Thanks again for everything, Vicki!
