Firstly, I had the pleasure of working with Vinnie about 10 years ago. At that time, his business was starting to take off. He has more work ethic and integrity than anyone I know. I contacted Vinnie letting him know I was coming into town for one weekend to look at homes. In that weekend he setup multiple property showings along with allowing me to review new build options. I had decided on one property to put an offer on over that weekend. Vinnie was able to help me have my offer accepted on the only offer extended. I am very grateful for only needing a single weekend of home shopping, and the ability to in trust him to handle the inspection and walk through for me so I could close remotely and not have to fly back into town.
