ZillowVERIFIEDJust sold a house using Lisa Sutton. She fouled up the closing by taking no care whatsoever. When I complained, she ended up telling a lawyer for the title company involved (according to that same lawyer) that I had "physically threatened" her. She didn't like it when I asked for a partial fee refund because I did not receive full service.Basically, she's just in it for the easy money and doesn't want to have to work.

ZillowVERIFIEDTotally satisfied. Not the simplest closing as I was 1300 miles away and it was all done online or over the phone. Also complicated by the fact that my late wife's share of the property had to be run through an estate which had to be set up exclusively for this transaction. Corrina was helpful all the way though and it got completed essentially on schedule ( a one week delay caused by the buyer wishing to make a last minute change to have the title be placed in an LLC which required some documentation redo). I wish Corinna well with her carrier.
