The experience with the other realtor was so bad that we almost gave up on finding a second property.Vi and Russell was a great team because they went out of their way to make sure to accommodate our schedule. They were always responsive to our text/calls, even late at night. Russell not only helped us with finding our second house but also assisted us with renting out our current one. Once we got the property, we wanted to fix up some stuff and needed several different contractors. With our newborn, we were really busy and barely have time to call around for quotes. Russell went above and beyond by helping us find and contact all the contractors to come to give us a quote. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy/sell/lease a property.
