Veronica was wonderful to work with! During the search process, I received weekly automated emails and was otherwise left to look around on my own - which was my preference. When I needed to get in contact with her, she responded to emails right away and was able to schedule viewings for me within a few days. It took more than a year of viewing houses for me to make my first offer. The house had a pending offer as soon as I was able to view it, but Veronica kept checking in on it for me and when the pending offer fell through, she walked me through putting in a competitive offer that was later accepted! She checked in regularly during the closing process to make sure I understood everything I needed to do on my end and what was happening behind the scenes.

There is a lot to like about Veronica and how she does business. I have never sold a house before and she helped me sell my rental property in Ypsi this spring. Upon initial contact, I could tell she was kind, responsive, realistic and very knowledgeable about the area. She did a great job of explaining the process. Other realtors I talked to provided higher than believable selling prices and seemed over ambitious to get me excited to work with them, but it had the opposite affect. Veronica's estimates were very realistic which made me feel like I was working with someone who I could trust. She is so flexible and informative. I live two hours away from the property and she was so accommodating, she took care of everything without me needing to meet her in person - I did everything remotely. I felt very informed every step of the way from the initial listing to the offers received the very first weekend. My tenants were very cooperative during the whole process so I must thank them too, but Veronica did a great job of making sure my listing's needs were met as well as respecting tenants privacy and keeping disruptions to a minimum. I felt well represented during negotiations and her extensive real estate knowledge was quite apparent. She's so professional, adaptable to all environments and has your best interests in mind.
