ZillowVERIFIEDGoodness. What do I say about this young lady? She was absolutely amazing during the sale of my Santa Clarita condo. I came to know Veronica through a friend of a friend of a friend and I would recommend her to anyone in California looking to sell or buy. Her attention to detail and her calm, cool, and collected demeanor set the stage for what was an incredibly smooth sale. Her priorities were unquestionably locked in on what was best my family and me. Our home wasn't a million-dollar home, but she worked the sale like it was. I don't know how my family and I were so lucky to get put in touch with her, but we are glad we did. By the end of this process the house sold, and we had obtained a new friend. Veronica and I still chat and keep in touch even though we moved out of state. There are not enough good things I can mention about our experience before I start to sound like I am pandering, but know this, I can't remember the last time I wrote any review, good or bad. I feel like I owe this to her for the amazing job she does. Anyone lucky enough to cross paths with Veronica for buying or selling a home will benefit greatly just on stress reduction alone. She operates by word of mouth only which is telling unto itself. To make it in her business without advertising or self-promotion is a great feat and she does it with confidence and grace...a rare combination.If you are looking to buy or sell, do yourself a favor, give her a call...it'll be the only one you need to make.

Throughout the two years we owned the house, we were in frequent contact with her! She makes buying and selling SO easy. She was so knowledgeable about the market and definitely got us top dollar (60k over list) for our home. She helped us stage it and hosted an AMAZING open house. She is incredibly detail oriented.
