We absolutely cant say enough about the exceptional service we received from Vernon. Prior to selling our property he also managed it for several years as a rental. Having had some bad experiences in the past, we werent expecting much, but low and behold, he took care of our property as if it was his own. He anticipated potential problems and had things taken care off by the tjme we could even think through the issue. He had us totally at ease and care free the entire time. Then when, it came to sell, he had repairs lined up and complete comps for us to review.
