Alvis was excellent as far as getting the house on the market in a timely manner. She took lots of photos and presented the house in an excellent light. She successfully sold the house through another agency in a very timely manner. The reason for the 4 stars rather than 5 stars is that there were a few problems which arose with the purchaser after the initial contract was signed. The contract indicated that she wanted to purchase the house aEURoeas isaEUR? and would not require an engineers report. The purchasers agent contacted Alvis who then contacted us about the contract changes. We believe that Alvis should have told the other agent that these changes/modifications to the contract should be negotiated through attorneys and not through agents.

Alvis was great to work with. She answered all of our questions, was up to date on market conditions. Was very good and efficient with communication and was very flexible with our schedule. After multiple offers fell through, Alvis helped us find a home that wasn't listed on the market. The home wasn't even ready to be shown but Alvis made it happen. Would definitely recommend working with her as she has great communication skills, has market knowledge, and it's a great negotiator.
