ZillowVERIFIEDOur first conversation was verbally over the phone and I could tell Keisha was down to earth, which is very important to me. In this business it can be scammers and fast talking arrogant and all about collect their commission. I did not get the vide from Keisha at all. She was very upfront and honest and explained everything to me I needed to know. I learned so much during this process and Keisha was right there the whole time. I got pre-approved during the worst time when it was a sellers market and vicious over bidding crisis and I didnt stand a chance. I respect the fact that Keisha didnt try and talk me into bidding over my budget and understood my situation. Keisha and I have been at this since 2021 and she never gave up on me, even when I gave up. I took a mental break from trying to buy a house and Keisha understood, but still didnt close the door on me. She allowed me some time, but eventually she reached and sent me information on a $0 down/no PMI grant program. The entire loan process went smooth and Keisha was there every step with any questions I had. I respect she would let me know if it was something she didnt know and within that day she would have an answer! Keishas eyes stayed open this entire process and made sure nobody was trying to get one over on me(which someone tried to) or her and I respect that! She checked out every box I had on my list when it came to choosing who I wanted to work with during this roller coaster ride. Everything cry, laugh, and emotional pain I went through was well worth it! My home is beautiful and move in ready and it checked off everything I wanted. I can go on and on what I went through, but Keisha knows the blood sweat and tears that came with this process. 2022, I'm at peace with my home and my family can finally smile?? I'm behind grateful God sent me an honest person because I'm not that easy to please.
