I lost my confidence with Vanessa when a couple of things went wrong during process of selling and I would get a "I was freaking out" from her. Clearly this is thinking about $$ she is potentially making. I was the one that should be freaking out. I was not happy with her losing my keys as she was going to enter my apartment in my condo without telling me first. She was continually calling one of my neighbors for information and to be let in and I had to tell her to just stop. There was a deficit in the condo that was revealed with a sale that fell through. She wanted to sweep it under the rug and hope second inspector didn't find it which he did not. She encouraged me to let it go which speaks volumes about her moral compass. How would you like it if a real estate agent sold you an apartment know a $3500 oven didn't work. I of course replaced it as it was the right thing to do. She too broke a blind in my apartment and refused responsibility. I had to pay $170 to have it restrung by hunter douglas. When things started going sour with our relationship she complained me requesting to have people take shoes off in my home was a huge inconvenience. I would not recommend.
