To anyone looking for a realtor, I cant recommend Vanessa Scotland enough! I recently sold my condo in the Audubon Park neighborhood of Orlando, which was the first property Ive ever owned. I was nervous about the process, having never sold a property before but from our initial meeting, Vanessa impressed me. She was clearly extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the Central Florida market (with the stats and accolades to match!), very patient and willing to make sure I understood each part of the process, and came highly recommended from friends whod worked with her to sell their home a few years back. And their recommendation was spot on! I was handling this process from out of state and had a renter so also wanted to be mindful them. I felt fully informed at every point and my tenant loved Vanessa because she was so thoughtful of everyones needs throughout the whole process. Another bonus of working with Vanessa is that she has the incredible Home Squad team supporting her! Andrea Florez, Transaction Coordinator / Sales Associate, was wonderful - SO helpful and communicative. And the pics and video that the marketing team produced were just stunning. And this is all backed up by the outcome: The condo had an offer within 24 hours, multiple offers within 48 hours, and we were under contract by the third day! And its a real testament to Vanessa.
