I simply provide the seller with a complimentary home analysis/CMA to price the home accurately in today's market. In 1999, I launched my real estate career in the industry as a mobile home sales agent. Shortly after that in 2002, I received my loan officer license and in 2004 I continued and became a real estate agent. My experience and knowledge far exceed many real estate agents due to my strong background in loans and real estate. I know the entire process from the start of loan to closing the transaction. This allows me to keep the client a few steps ahead of the process, in the loop and keep the deal and the people on track. I have dedicated over two decades working in the real estate world closely with clients, loan officers, title companies, other agents, appraisers, brokers, landlords and surveyors to simplify the home buying and/or selling process to make sure the experience is a wonderful one. My secret is to respect others, be considerate and assertive, respond as soon as possible in a timely manner, ongoing learning and education and the overall commitment to the client needs to get the best possible results.
