Both my wife and myself contacted Vanessa after reading her reviews we arranged a meeting to discuss the sale of our home in Mohnton upon arrival she was carrying what we found to be a sale contact she walked the property and through out the home assured us the house should sell quickly so we signed the contract as the promised advertising was very poor at best a showing was followed by a second showing which produced an offer after a home inspection some very minor repairs was in question a sold sign was installed and a deposit was given home taken off market we were then told the potential buyers had roof concerns which roof had been inspected by there inspector and found to be in good condition through the process our house had been taken off the market then we got the phone call and was told potential buyers had backed out having asked for meeting with realtor owner and Vanessa we found buyers had backed out 2 weeks before we were informed due to our contract only had days before due to expire Vanessa Doaty left that realtor and works for another we hired a new realtor sold within 3 months had excellent service when you put the commission before your clients interests you loose
