Vanessa never claims to be jack of all trades, because she has truly mastered her trade. She has been an asset to have in the home selling and buying process. I have worked with Vanessa 3 times now. The first time, she found wonderful tenants for my income property who were financially sound and cared for my property. The second time she helped me purchase my dream home. So when it came time to sell my income property there really was no other choice for me but Vanessa. Simply put, she is a master at real estate who takes excellent care of her clients. She is very knowledgeable, reliable, and has a great work ethic. Vanessa has worked with my family for over 5 years. We (my parents and myself) initially wanted to rent our house and then my parents were unsure. My parents and I finally decided this January to sell the house, and Vanessa got it on the market and sold within a week. Vanessa and her team went above and beyond for me and my family. They were there every step of the way. I would give Vanessa more stars, if Zillow permits. We wouldn't have bought our home in Cypress, if not for Vanessa, given the heavy competition now. She is on top of things ALWAYS and I totally mean it. She just did not stop after we closed the house. She helped us with almost every single technician we needed to fix things in our new home. So, if you're looking to buy a home, Vanessa is definitely a one-stop shop for your home shopping.In addition to having found a reliable and active real estate agent, I honestly would say we found a good family friend who wishes only the best for you and your family.

I cannot express how GRATEFUL we are for meeting Vanessa. She was the real estate agent selling the little fixer upper of our dreams, and as this is our very first home, we did not have our own agent yet. She took us on as her own client and looked out for all our best interests! She's honest, fair, very transparent, and extremely knowledge regarding everything buying and selling homes. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

In this market, who you hire as your agent matters. The market is more competitive than ever. When you find your dream home, there is going to be multiple other buyers who think that same home is their dream home. You need an agent better than those other buyers. I have a reputation of getting my clients offer accepted and will fight to get you into that dream home. An agents job doesn't stop once the offer is accepted, once that happens you need an agent with experience that will help you navigate through all the steps of escrow.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Have a plan before you sell your home. Selling your home is not just sticking a sign in your yard, posting it on the mls, and holding an open house. This will not maximize the value on what is probably your biggest investment. Find an agent that will look at your home honestly and tell you what needs to be done in improvements to put your home in the best light. One that can help you stage your home. One that will help you select a selling price that will lead to multiple qualified offers. One with a marketing plan that will maximize the amount of people who tour your home. One with an excellent relationship and reputation among other local realtors to draw more people. One who has professional photography including 3D virtual tours. One with years of negotiating experience to find you the best deal possible. Who you hire matters.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

I have been a successful real estate agent for over 11 years. In that time I have been lucky to work with a very diverse group of people, I have worked with all nationalities and ages, buyers and sellers, investors and first time homebuyers, flippers and short sellers, and many many more.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I recently had the pleasure of helping a family find there first home. I met them at an open house over 4 years ago. At the time they wanted to buy a home but weren't financially ready. I kept in touch and watched as they built their savings as well as their family. I was so happy when they were finally able to call their house their home.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I have been in love with real estate since I was a little girl. From a very young age I would beg my family members to take me to open houses and to tour new model homes. Then I turned 16, got a drivers license and started dragging my friends to open houses and to look at model homes. Now, over 20 years later, real estate has yet to let me down. I love what I do.

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I am always looking to further my real estate education and learn more. I attend multiple seminars a year and realize you can never know enough. In addition, I consider myself a master helping first time home buyers. My thoroughness through what can be a confusing transaction is second to none.
