I have seldom been more happy to write a review than for Valerie Matron and Keri White! Not only was it an incredibly efficient and stress-free process but their great energy also made it truly enjoyable! (I dont think many people can say that about a real estate transaction!). I was not really thinking about selling, but received a marketing postcard from them, and while I generally toss those without a second look, something about theirs caught my eye. I held on to it for a couple of days and then decided to call. My first test is whether a real estate agent answers a random call, because if not, I dont feel confident that theyre available and really dedicated. Well, not only did they pick up, but graciously spent 30 minutes with me on the phone basically listening to me thinking out loud about whether or not it was a good time to sell. At the end of the call, we set up a time to meet in person two weeks later, and once we did, I was sold from the first meeting. My condo was in very good shape, but was almost 20 years old and I had made no upgrades. They came to our in-person meeting very prepared with past sales in the neighborhood, before and after photos with and without staging, and also photos when the seller had incorporated some of their suggestions to update the property. I trusted their judgment on what was necessary to get top dollar, and they also made sure to get the best possible price both the upgrades. And the whole process, from listing to closing, was about 45 days! I could go on and on, but the main takeaway is that if I were every to buy or sell again in the LA area, I would work with them again in a heartbeat. Five stars all the way.

During the inspection and contingency phase, she and her team were very thorough and she negotiated on our behalf to have all of the necessary repairs taken care of by the seller. By the end of it, we were extremely confident that the home was in great shape, and that we wouldnt have to deal with any unexpected repairs in the near future. To top things off, our home appraised at a higher value than what we paid! Were so happy to have worked with Valerie. She consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to us throughout the process, and approached our deal with a level of dedication and enthusiasm as if she were buying the home herself. Were grateful for her support and guidance throughout our journey, and cannot recommend her highly enough! I worked with Valerie to buy my first house. she was awesome. very attentive to what we wanted. she always had time for us. no matter if it was 7am or 11pm, she would always give us a ring or text and explain the process and the strategy behind every decision/move. she would always respond back asap to answer any questions we had. . she took the time to discuss the process and strategy in depth with us, every step of the way. she really cares about you and your wants/needs in a house and does everything she can to help. she even goes out of her way to make sure you are taken care of. i cant wait to work with her again on our next house!
