ZillowVERIFIEDValerie is the BEST!!!! 2021 was a tough year to buy a house in Truckee, but she made the process so much less stressful than we were expecting. Valerie has a huge amount of local knowledge of each neighborhood, even specific streets within neighborhoods, and she notices all the little details that matter when you live in the mountains - the slope of the driveway, where the sun faces the house, and wear and tear issues that look concerning versus typical degradation in the mountains. She is very well connected in the area, and she helped connect us to plumbers, electricians and general contractors to ease our anxiety of home maintenance. She is extremely professional, responsive, patient, and super nice!
