We called on her due to her reputation as the realtor in our community who was known for market oriented pricing, excellent presentation, experience, and a reputation for closing sales in greater numbers and shorter listing times than her competitors. Val Brier is by far the best realtor Ive ever worked with. She always stays cool & calm through all the stress of home buying & selling. We sold our home in Santa Fe & bought one in Houston. The Santa Fe sale went perfectly smooth. I wish we could have have her in Houston as that whole experience was a nightmare due to an inexperienced realtor. I highly recommend her.

I contacted Val from out of state to inquire about a house in Santa Fe that was newly listed. The property is what I was looking for and but it was impossible for me to travel to Santa Fe in a timely matter in order to view the property prior to making an offer. Val was fantastic in assisting withwalking me thru the property, via a phone call, and answering allmy questions and concerns on this upper bracket Santa Fe home. I had the house under contract within 24 hours and recently closed.This would not have been possible without Val's knowledge of the market and professionalism and patience.
