As a first time home buyer my husband and I could not have been happier with how stress free and simple the whole process of buying a home was with Val as our realtor. She was completely professional, reliable, knowledgeable and just an all around delight to work with. We did a 30 day escrow which was over in the blink of an eye but was one of the easiest processes for us to date. Even during something as stressful as a pandemic and Covid19 (which was new to us all) Val didnt miss a beat. She was available any hour of the day for even the smallest of questions, which was had a lot of. Val showed us several homes before we found our gem but she never made us feel rushed or pressured to settle for a home we didnt one hundred percent LOVE. She met with the home inspection company when the both of us were unable to which was so helpful given the tight windown we had prior to closing.
