Ariana is one of those people. Ariana was our realtor in MD when we made a move from MI. As a LGBTQ family, we were intimidated by the process, the acceptance, the rules and then also worried with only one day to find a house. That fear, intimidation and anxiety disappeared after 10min with her. She knew her craft, she took the time to know us and she was patient and amazing with all our questions. She made finding a house in only a day doable and enjoyable! I'm forever thankful for meeting her as a realtor and now calling her a friend because she leaves that impression on you. If I ever need to come to the VA/MD area again or have a friend or family member who does, she will be the ONLY person I would call. Even when I'm out of state and need realtor advice she is STILL who I call. There simply isnt better than Ariana
